In this case, the best ideas come from the inside: employees are a valuable source of inspiration at Oberlinhaus, but they needed a guided process to transform their vision into concrete strategies. To address that, we created the Innovationswerkstatt, a bottom-up innovation process in which almost 2.000 employees received the right tools to co-create the future of their organization.
