Closely Collaborating with a Stranger
In big corporations, employees are often faced with the challenge of working in time-sensitive projects with colleagues they don’t really know. How can one create an immediate bond and allow room for creative collaboration? In this workshop, global executives from Volkswagen experienced the main principles of Design Thinking — from user-interviewing to rapid-prototyping and testing. The participants, which had never worked together before, were able to develop creative solutions for a tricky problem in only a few hours.
